All books sold by Little Hoopoe Books are printed and fulfilled through our trusted printing partner. Because of this, we cannot except refunds or returns. 

If you receive a damaged or faulty book, please contact us at littlehoopoebooks@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.
